1) Communication Settings:

Clicking on this menu will bring up a dialog box that will allow you to set the com port and baud rate used to communicate with the projectors in the video wall installation. Set the port to match the com used on your computer. Set the speed to match the baud rate set on the projectors.

Note:
The settings being currently used are displayed in the lower left status bar.
If they are correct then you may skip this step.
