END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IntechSoft SOFTWARE

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This IntechSoft End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document between your business (or you as an individual and Intech Labs LLC dba IntechSoft for the IntechSoft software described below. This is to include computer programs, software and associated media and printed materials. This is to include items downloaded from an "on-line" service or "internet or web site". By opening this package (or downloading), installing, or copying this software for your exclusive use, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If this software is not provided by an Authorized Distributor, there is no free technical support provided under any circumstances.

IntechSoft WinCube ™ Software Product

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by both U.S. copyright laws and international treaties as well
as other intellectual property laws. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed and not sold.

A. IntechSoft grants you a license with the following rights:

1. You may install ONE (1) copy of the software for use on one (1) computer. The software is considered "in use" when it is loaded onto a computer either into temporary memory or permanent. You may make ONE (1) copy of the software identified above for backup purposes only.

2. A separate license for each additional computer will be required

B. If this SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade or part of a subscription. you may use that upgrade under the same terms of this agreement.

C. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including any unique text, icons, images and sounds) incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, the accompanying printed material and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by IntechSoft. You must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material. Copying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or PRINTED MATERIALS and distribution to anyone other than the licensee who is registered with IntechSoft is a violation of both state and federal law. Violators are subject to both criminal and civil penalties. This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.

D. Reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is prohibited and is a express violation of INTECH’s intellectual property rights.

E. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product.

F. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented, leased or loaned

LIMITED WARRANTY

This product is warranted to perform substantially as described in the accompanying printed material for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt and licensed end user’s remedies are limited to replacement of defective disk and replacement copies of the software if uninstallable. IntechSoft disclaims all other warranties either express or implied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. IntechSoft or it’s subsidiaries or author’s, shall have NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES whether they be special, incidental indirect or consequential. Including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. IntechSoft is not responsible for any additional literature, technical support or warranties offered by an authorized distributor.
